Scott Clowdus was our service technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Our unit upstairs wasn't cooling properly. He found a drain clog that was shutting the system off on the float switch. I highly recommend RocTex for your hvac needs. Update 4/19/2023: Had our evaporator coil replaced today and the technicians who did the install were extremely professional. The whole process was seamless including my interactions with the manager (Mark) who helped answer all of my questions and their scheduler Katie. Highly recommend this company!

After buying our new home, we found that one of the air conditioning units had to be replaced immediately due to a severe Freon leak. RocTex Was able to respond immediately and install a new air conditioning unit during high temperatures in north Texas on the day we moved in to our new home.
