RocTex is family owned and operated. Wife, Jami, is a paralegal for a law firm in Rockwall while also performing duties for RocTex in the evenings and weekends. Mark is a veteran of the United States Army having served from 1990-1993 during Operation Desert Storm.

A Brief History
RocTex Heating & Air Conditioning, Ltd was started after owners Mark and Jami Lair decided it was time for Mark to branch off from the air conditioning company he’d managed for nearly 17 years. With his knowledge of the administrative and logistical aspects of a successful HVAC company, combined with the nearly 30 years of service and managerial experience in multiple industries, RocTex Heating & Air Conditioning is poised to become a successful brand within the industry.
