We will thoroughly inspect and verify your cooling system to guarantee it is in good working order.

While inspections vary based on the system type, our professionals often look for the following:

  • Visually Inspect for refrigerant leaks
  • Inspect condenser coil for cleanliness and rinse coils (chemical treatment not included)
  • Check compressor and motor amp/ volts,  suction / discharged pressures, temperature differentials between supply and return
  • Replace filters (customer-provided)
  • Blow out condensation drain lines/ clean pan
  • Tighten electrical connections, brush out the electrical compartment
  • Test high and low-pressure switches (if applicable)
  • Check thermostat operations
  • Examine ductwork and vents
  • Check fan and blower operation
  • Check pulleys and belts (if present)
  • Lubricate motors, bearings, and other moving parts
